Monthly Package - Whats Included?

This is our core package that handles all basic monthly bookkeeping - posting deposits and vendors payments, reconciling bank accounts and filing your sales tax.

You will also receive access to a Members Only library of quick how-video videos for many common tasks in Studio Designer software and email support to help you also.

What About Payroll?

We can handle your payroll via a 3rd party payroll service that we partner with.  If you are already using another payroll provider, you can continue to process your own payrol and we will make sure it is correctly recorded for accurate financial statements.

Will You File Income Taxes Also?

No. Even though Denise is a CPA, she has opted to focus on other services to the interior design community and is also a CDA / Certified Design Accountant. Your monthly package will include coordinating providing financial statements for your tax advisor.

Do You File 1099s?

Yes!  We typically handle filing 1099s on your behalf for service vendors you are required to submit 1099s to the IRS for. This is an add-on service and not covered with the monthly package fee.
